An antidote to worry....

We worry… we worry about our kids, our family, our finances… the cold weather… we find ourselves thinking about the nature of our problems and what to do about a situation so much that we often forget to rather focus on our APPROACH to the problem or QUESTION OUR VIEW about it!

Meditation can assist us to give us a space to look into our problems or our worries from a point of stillness…when we are still and we focus our mind we can question our beliefs and thoughts around a problem rather than taking those as givens…we often bring so much emotional baggage to a situation that we overlook the bare facts, the simplicity, the basics…when we are in a position of stillness and concentration we can be creative in seeking alternatives.
Worry makes us feel sad, panicked or helpless, it can sap our energy and wellbeing… when we learn to still our minds and connect with Source, we realise that we are always protected, always supported and always GUIDED…and meditation creates a space and allow us to realise this in our lives!
