The Healing Within Us.

What an awesome and humbling experience it is, to be writing the first blog for Come Heal. Wow, these past two months have been so gratifying, as I stand amazed at Healing Energy, Love and Light that has changed and healed so many.

My intention for the blog is to share our experiences at the Healing Centre with you, to inspire you, to lift you up, to send hope and healing to us all…

Firstly I want to tell you about the Healing Power of Reiki, through unconditional love and touch, individual lives are being transformed and the Reiki Principles seem to be easier to grasp, to live. I have seen such a difference for those who make Reiki part of their journey… pain decreasing, fear becoming recognised and not so scary, anxiety and stress becoming less, dealing with a newfound reality as life unfolds … depression lifted.

Children fearful and anxious, blossoming, speaking up, improved concentration and focus at school.

That is why I stand amazed daily, that is why I chose to follow my purpose, that is why I feel so grateful and blessed to be a channel of this amazing energy.

Reiki not only heals but also renews us… on every level you can feel rejuvenated – personally I think it is the best anti-aging remedy that the UNIVERSE has given us!

And this brings me to the healing power of LOVE. Not the romantic love that is often so easily judged… no, the love that one sends out, without thinking or doubting yourself, without quantifying it, without having to wonder is it right, is it ok, is it sufficient? No, just a thought of love, with pure intent, knowing no matter how small or trivial that thought may seem, you know that the love will go where it is needed, will shine a small positive light somewhere in the darkness, somewhere in the pain. That’s the healing power of LOVE for me.

And the earth, the universe accepts it so unconditionally, without doubting it, without questioning it, and still gives back, that is God’s unconditional love for us.

Whenever I channel REIKI, I just channel thoughts of LOVE to the receiver… LOVE to the EARTH, LOVE to the UNIVERSE, GRATITUDE for where I am and what I am blessed with everyday.

WE can give any troubled situation thoughts of LOVE and watch it transform into something tolerable… or understandable… perhaps beautiful.
