Literally, stop the movement, look around you, stand with your feet on the grass if you can, and breathe deep, in and exhale, as deep and slow as you can – do this and find the STILNESS in your heart… just for a moment.
And this is perhaps the first step, the starting point, in finding our calm in the midst of a storm.

REIKI WORKSHOP
The next Reiki Workshop is scheduled for 21 and 22 March 2010, from 10:00 to 16:00 on both days. As it is a long week end, the workshop will take place on the Sunday/Monday.
Learn more about what REIKI is, how to do a self treatment and a treatment on others. Learn how the five REIKI principles can also enhance and heal your own life! The cost of the workshop is R450 and includes four attunements, a manual, a certificate and lunch for the two days.

COME HEAL HEALING DAY (S) ?!
There is a saying “the only thing in life we can be sure of is change” – so again, the healing day is changing! For the month of March and April, the healing days will be on any day convenient for YOU during these two months. If you have not experienced some of our treatments yet and would like to do so… we will be hosting “experience sessions”. Maybe you would like to pass this on to a friend or loved on whom you might feel are in need of a treatment that you have experienced … ?
